Wizard and Glass Book Sculpture LIT by wetcanvas Wizard and Glass Book Sculpture LIT by wetcanvas
Rhea stands outside of her hut clutching the Pink Bend. Her mutie cat and serpent familiars lurk nearby.

More detailed pictures will be posted.

Commissioned piece made from the 6th book in Steven King's "Dark Tower" series. The crystal ball and fire place are both lit with colored LED lights. Most certainly my most challenging and time consuming sculpture to date but I am extremely happy with he way it turned out.

If you haven't read the Dark Tower series, DO IT. If you're a King fan, you understand how all of his stories are interwoven and I believe they tie into this series more than any other. You simply won't get everything King has to offer without reading them.

Can i ask you a question? For the sculptures do you use pages from the same book or other books?

Everything created to make the sculpture comes from the book it's depicting, except for the lighting of course.  All of the pages used to make this one have been cut from under the pages the sculpture is sitting on.

thats pretty neat :D You really bring out the "dark and evil" in the sculpture just by doing that XD

This looks better than the detail shot in my eyes. I like it very much.

Yeah, I agree.  I just spent so much time on that darn hooked nose that I had to post it!  Glad you like it!
