Mr. Fogg and friends speed across the map as they circle the globe. The pages of this book have been cut away to frame the world map. The travelers cross the pages on the land raft used to cross the American Plains.

Picture brackets have been mounted on the front and back covers making this sculpture easy to hang.

And again, on a side note, I know I just did Around the World in 80 Days, but I may be slightly obsessed. At least with the land raft thing. If I lived in an area where traveling in those was possible, I'd be all over it. I also wanted to go for a much sleeker design with this one. The story is so filled with information, but the concept is simple: Go around the world and do it quickly. The first sculpture lends itself to telling the story. This one gets the point across.
