Olga the Owl Book Sculpture by wetcanvas Olga the Owl Book Sculpture by wetcanvas
This book sculpture depicts Olga, a little owl who can't fall asleep. She tires everything, asks every animal in the forest for advice and finally a little bird sings her to sleep. The song, complete with sheet music, is seen in the background.

DESTROYED (because hurricanes suck)

I went looking for the book online, but could not find it. Do you have a link to the book/song. It sounds so charming!

It is "The Wide Awake Owl" by Louis Slobodkin. This is the best link I could find [link] The song (or at least what Olga heard before she fell asleep) was "Sweet and low to sleep we go. The day is done, the setting sun brings on the night. Shut both eyes tight. The woods are still. We'll sleep until the morning bright brings back the light. The moon doth wane, we'll wake..."

That sounds adorable. I found a net page with some pictures of some of the pages from the book: [link]
